The Job:
- Attend to customers call and manage inquiries effectively
- Ensure Daily Call targets achieved
- Work on weekends on roster basis
The Person:
- GCE O/L as the Minimum Qualification
- Sound communication skills in English , Sinhala and Tamil would be definite advantage
- Minimum 02 years experience as a call center agent.
