Job Role:
- Preparing business gap analysis reports for decision-making
- Frontline coordinator to Manager - Sales Support to support distribution management,
- Preparing detail reports to drive the distribution management team for business objectives.
- Coordinate & maintain the sales management system with the IT department.
- Coordinate & ensure the smooth function in the E platform (E quotations & E proposals)
- Preparing performance evaluation reports related to digitalization,
- Drive & support top-performing sales force members to achieve business objectives,
- Drive & support sales force members in monthly sales competitions,
- Coordinate with relevant departments to finalize competition winners & rewards.
Job Pre-Requisites:
- 1-2 years of working experience in sales administration, sales coordination, or sales support in life insurance or any other industry.
- Completion of A/L examination.
- Sound knowledge of MS Excel.
- Good communication skills in English.
- The ability to communicate in the Tamil language will be an added advantage,
- Having insurance-related professional qualifications will be an added advantage.
