    The Profile

• Age Below 23 years
• Basic Knowledge of IT is essential
• Three passes at the GCE A/L Examination (Excluding General English)
• Six Passes at the GCE O/L Examination with minimum Credit passes for both Mathematics and English
• Full/Partial Professional / Academic qualifications from recognized institutes will be an advantage
• Good interpersonal relations and passion for customer service
• Effective communication skills in English both in writing & speaking. Fluency in all three languages will be an  advantage
