Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall operational functions of the Branch
• Achieve operational goals & maintain regulatory standards of the Branch
• Ensure compliance with operating policies, guidelines, procedures, and external regulatory requirements are met
• Continuous improvement of customer service at the Branch to maximize customer satisfaction & retention
• Manage the team effectively to enhance the motivational level

Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 years of work experience in a commercial bank, out of which at least 2 years of exposure as an Executive
• Full / Part qualification in Banking or completion of a recognized professional qualification
• Excellent knowledge of banking operations
• A team player, with a performance-driven and service-oriented mindset
