    The Profile

• Checking and validating Fixed Deposits/ savings documentation for the assigned branches.
• Issuing Fixed deposit Certificates.
• Issuing balance confirmations to external institutions upon receipts of customer requests.
• Processing payments for Withdrawals and loans against fixed deposits within the given guideline.
• Archiving/Retrieving necessary documents in a timely basis, whilst ensuring the security of all documentation
•  Processing savings account transactions subject to checking necessary documents.
• Ensure that service levels are adhered to at all times.

    

    The Person

• Sound educational background
• Work experience in a related field will be an added advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure and extra hours if required
  
• Willing to take responsibilities
• Computer literacy
