    Job Role

• Ensure the smooth operation of the FD process
• Ensure documentation process and accuracy of the transactions, payments are made on time
• Manage customer complaints effectively
• Deliver satisfactory customer service
• Achievement of assigned monthly targets

    

    Profile

    

• GCE O/L Examination with 2 years of experience

                Or

• GCE A/L Examination with 3 passes with 1-year experience.  
• Age Below 30 Years  
• Part qualification in Banking, Marketing, and Credit Management is an added advantage
• Friendly and outgoing personality with good command of both the Sinhala and English languages.

Remuneration:
