Vacancy: Officer - Call Center Operations (General Insurance Head Office)

Details:
The selected candidates will be assigned to answer incoming calls of customers & to assist them with accidents inquires assessments & complaints.
The Role:
- Obtain accurate details of the accidents and update the system
- Allocation of damage appraisers and carry out follow up calls
- Handle & resolve customer inquiries & complants
The profile
- Passed GCE A/L, Males prefered , age below 28 years
- Should have minimum 2 years experience in call center operations in a reputed Insurance or reputed company
- Willingness to work on a shift and rotation basis and very clear and pleasant voice
- Good communication skills both Sinhala and English and ability to communicate in Tamil would be distinct advantage
- Candidate should be live closely near branch / Living closely to the branch premises will be an advantage for the candidate
- Willingness to listen and understand the customer and aiblity to manage time effectively
- Ability to work in teams and computer literate.
