Vacancy: Officer - Call Center Operations (General Insurance Head Office)

Details:

The selected candidates will be assigned to answer incoming calls of customers & to assist them with accidents inquires assessments & complaints.

    The Role:

  • Obtain accurate details of the accidents and update the system
  • Allocation of damage appraisers and carry out follow up calls
  • Handle & resolve customer inquiries & complants


     The profile

  • Passed GCE A/L, Males prefered , age below 28 years
  • Should have minimum 2 years experience in call center operations in a reputed Insurance or reputed company
  • Willingness to work on a shift and rotation basis and very clear and pleasant voice
  • Good communication skills both Sinhala and English and ability to communicate in Tamil would be distinct advantage
  • Candidate should be live closely near branch / Living closely to the branch premises will be an advantage for the candidate
  • Willingness to listen and understand the customer and aiblity to manage time effectively
  • Ability to work in teams and computer literate.
