Job Role
- As a Recovery Officer, you will be responsible for managing recovery activities of assigned areas.
- You will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction with the service provided by processing and sending notices and reminders, processing and sending letters of Demand, and any other work related to the back office.
- Should be a good team player who possesses strong interpersonal skills and, able to work under pressure with employees at all levels. High-level of integrity is expected in this role.
Qualifications:
- Should have successfully completed the GCE A/L as the minimum qualification entry.
- Valid Driving License
- Computer literacy with the ability to work under pressure is vital.
- Good academic background while possessing strong communication and negotiation skills.
- A minimum of one year of experience in the field of collection / Recoveries will be an added advantage.
- School leavers are also encouraged to apply.
