    Job Objective

The position of the collection center specialist consists of contacting and notifying clients of delinquent accounts by telephone to solicit payment.  It also entails gaining an understanding of each customer's circumstances and negotiating repayment to protect or collect revenues for the bank.

    Qualifications

• Should have passed GCE Ordinary Level Examination including 2 'C' passes for English and Mathematics
• A minimum of 6 months of experience in a similar capacity with other financial /non-financial institutions on debt collection will be an added advantage.
• Age between 24 and 30 years
• Fluency in two languages minimum
• Flexibility to work on weekends & holidays
• Excellent communication skills
• Problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Selected candidates will be given on the job training 

Assignments will be based in Colombo
