    Job Profile

• Implement Recovery strategies to manage the credit card portfolio
• Handle all inquiries related to credit card recoveries
• Work with and handle a team to deliver targets
• Manage and followup the team's daily KPIs
• Manage and provide all information related to credit cards to the management when required

    

    Qualifications:

• A minimum 2 years of experience in handling credit card recoveries at a recognized commercial bank/financial institution
• Possess good academic Background with GCE O/L and A/L
• Any other relevant qualification will be an added advantage
• Good communication and negotiation skills
