Ideal candidate should

• Have passed the GCE O/L with credit passes for English and Mathematics and 3 passes at GCE A/L for the main subjects (excluding General English)
• 5 years experience in Banking/Finance with exposure to handling Repo clients, Pinnacle clients, and accounts opening
• Be knowledgeable on operational guidelines and exchange control regulations.
• Have a good knowledge of the products and services offered by the Bank.
• Have excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Have a flair for excellent customer service.
• Be able to multitask

Your main responsibilities will be;

 

• handling the Repo clients & related documentation
• handing service requests/account opening documentation for individual clients
• handing balance confirmations
• handing Pinnacle clients
