The job
- Identify and capture new customers and cross-selling opportunities for leasing with alternate strategies to increase the Branch portfolio.
- Ensure high portfolio quality by prudent credit assessment and evolutions. Improve standards on credit proposals in order to maintain high-quality standards.
- Ensure adequate measures are taken to migrate operational risks, work closely with Branch Managers / AVP leasing / Cheif Manager Leasing/Cluster Managers/ Business Development and Sales Managers to identify and mitigate risk with minimum disruption to the business.
- Support branch manager by way of arranging promoting visiting customers to cover up cross-selling products.
The Person
- Be part qualified in Banking / Finance or any other related field
- Possess a minimum of 2-4 years of Banking experience
- Ability to work independently and possess a high level of computer literacy
