You should ideally,

• Possess a degree in Computer Science or IT or Business Administration.
• Possess a minimum of 6 years of experience in operations management or in other influential leadership roles with at least 2 years of broad experience in mobile applications or payments.
• Possess experience in systems integration, including identifying solution constraints, developing strategies and plans, and collaborating across various functional teams, including requirements, testing, security, and operations will be an added advantage.
• Possess proven project management skills.
• Possess strong personal leadership and influencing skills.
• Have a strong understanding of multi-channel interaction management and related technologies and business practices.
• Demonstrate flexibility in work hours based on business needs.
• Willing to travel to visit customers and branches.
• Have a strong flair for customer service.
• Have good presentation skills.

You will be responsible for providing business direction and strategic guidance towards the online and mobile channels of the Bank. Also, you are responsible for developing and evaluating new strategies for the evolution of said channels and ensuring that they are deeply integrated with the Bank’s overall digital strategy.
