CUSTOMER RELATIONS ASSISTANTS 

(Service Centers Island Wide)

The Job

• Applicants with a 'go-getting' attitude to canvass new business from potential business channels including the MBSL Bank branch network 
• Handle claims and renewals of Insurance policies 
• Liaise with the Head office, regional office, and other related parties

Requirements

• Minimum 01-year experience in a sales profession preferably in the field of Insurance/financial services sector.
• Very good school career with G. C. E. (A/L) and/or six passes in G. C. E. (O/L) with three credits (for Mathematics, English, and Sinhala/Tamil)
• Ability to work in a computerized environment and to operate basic MS-office packages.
• Good communication skills in both written and verbal. The ability to communicate in the Tamil language would be advantageous.
• Very good interpersonal skills and Negotiation skills
• Age below 30 years.
• Possess a valid riding license is an added advantage

School Leavers having the above characteristics are also encouraged to apply for "Trainee" positions.
