Key Responsibilities
- Ability to acquire merchants and users for iPay.
- Manage merchant portfolio in the assigned territory.
- Encourage and execute all types of QR transactions from iPay merchants.
- Conduct branding and activation campaigns with merchants.
- Meet assigned targets on time.
- Support QR activations, and merchant and user activation channels regularly.
Key Attributes and Experience
- O/L and A/L (School Leavers / Sales based job seekers)
- Required experience in a similar field will be an added advantage.
- Effective communication skills / Strong negotiation skills.
- Positive thinking/Can do attitude.
- Goal-oriented and should be a team player.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet given targets.
- Good communication skills in Sinhala, English, and Tamil will be an added advantage.
